Murder Steps onto the Floor of the Colorado State House
Colorado Reproductive Health Equity Act HB 22-1279
Today, the Colorado House is moving into testimony / discussion of HB 22-1279. We have a chance to speak out before the Democrats try to stomp the Shiitake mushrooms out of people who love life.
Text from HB22-1279
Reproductive Health Equity Act
Concerning the codification of a person's fundamental right to make reproductive health-care decisions free from government interference.
SESSION: 2022 Regular Session
SUBJECT: Health Care & Health Insurance
BILL SUMMARY
The bill declares that every individual has a fundamental right to use or refuse contraception; every pregnant individual has a fundamental right to continue the pregnancy and give birth or to have an abortion; and a fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus does not have independent or derivative rights under the laws of the state.
Bottom line… Last night at Republican Division leader caucus for House District 14, Shane Sandridge elevated conversation up beyond politics. Because Colorado has little to no Abortion restrictions, the things done under the rubric of Abortion make Colorado one of the worst in the World. Not just the US, but in the world. We are worse in our infanticide of babies that survive abortion and our late term abortion procedures than North Korea. Think on that.
