In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Tony Robbins said, “Complexity is the enemy of execution.”
So true - especially among the El Paso County, Colorado Republicans.
Eli Bremer said in his recent email blast:
Today is a dark day in Colorado and it will be even darker if Governor Polis signs the Democrat’s extreme Abortion Bill into law. If signed into law, this will be the most extreme pro-abortion legislation to pass in any state.
This is what happens with one Party rule. In CO we need to restore balance so that extreme leftist policies such as these never reach the Governor’s desk for consideration.
When we put these together, people of LIFE have a daunting task. Last Saturday, I was a delegate to the Republican Party county caucus for El Paso County. County leaders basically crammed what should have been 4 to 5 hours into a 12 hour day. That was a three cigar day and too many diet sodas. The word for the day, among the 125 delegates from The Road church, was, ‘Disorganized.’
As Eli said, in his email, “We are suffering from one party rule in Colorado” and they just legalized abortion from conception to birth - which is worse than North Korea. Our task should be focused on life and electing people of LIFE to office at county, state, and Federal offices. Instead, we saw candidate cherry picking, at least one candidate removed from the nominations on an uncertain voice vote, and dickering over who could be on the Republican primary ballot in June. That included strong candidates who already petitioned onto the ballot but were being censored in their desires to address the caucus. As a result, multiple candidates who do not trust the process in our caucus are petitioning onto the November ballot. Some as Independents.
Here’s the bottom line: If state and US candidates in Colorado do not achieve 65% of the El Paso county vote, they will not be elected. Our county has the highest density of Republicans and conservatives in Colorado but not enough to achieve 65%. Achieving that requires unity - which our county Republican Party does not have. It also requires hard work and educated precinct and division leaders across our county.
We suck and if things continue like this, the Dems will stomp the Shiitake Mushrooms out of Life candidates as our state become the North American Meca for abortion.

Sorting my thoughts on a glorious Colorado day.
